Terms of Service:

After completing the conference registration process, the client should contact the team for further updates. If the registrant did not contact the team for any of their concerns and missed the opportunity to attend the conference, failed to acknowledge any contacts form the conference team or from the organization the registration will become invalid and the client will not be eligible for refund.

If the registrant did not respond to our communications more than 15 days from the time of registration then the registration will be considered as invalid and refund will not be applicable.

If the registrant fails to submit the registration form within 7 days from the date of registration, then the registration will be considered as invalid and refund will not be applicable.

Cancellation and refund policy slabs are as follows:

Kindly refer to the slab details before proceeding with the transaction completion, by agreeing and confirming to the terms of service you are confirming that you read and are aware of our terms of service and you agreed to our policy.

Cancellation/ withdrawal from a conference should be notified to the team through info@worldacademics.net only.

These slabs are applicable only if the registrant did not receive any documentations from the organization.

A full refund is applicable only if the registrant participant raises a refund request in the period of 60 to 70 days before the date of conference.

A Cancellation requests raised in the period of 30 to 60 days of the conference are eligible for a partial refund only.

A Cancellation request raised in the period of 30 days or less than 30 days from the conference date, a refund is not applicable. However, the registration fee will be considered as a credit to participate in any of our international conferences within one year from the date of registration.

A Registration completed with the concession is not eligible for refund.

A Virtual registration refund is not applicable. However, the registrant can use the credit to participate in any of our international conferences within one year from the date of registration.

A For all cancellation/ refund cancellation charges are applicable. A basic cancellation charge of 50 USD will be deducted from the registration fee.

A If the registrant/ participant received the conference invitation letter, then the registrant/ participant will not be eligible for any refund. However, a one-time conference transfer will be applicable and the participant needs to submit the details within 7 days or before 20 days from the conference date. If the registrant fails to submit the details as per the instruction refund or transfer will not be applicable.

Event postpone/Prepone/ Format change:

Since this conference is in hybrid format, the organizer reserves the rights to conduct the conference in physical or virtual format nor postpones an event for any reason and you are unable or unwilling to attend on rescheduled dates or revised format, you will receive a credit for 100% of the registration fee paid. You may use this credit for another event which must occur within one year from the date of postponement.

Cancellation Policy:

If the organizer cancels this event for any reason, you will receive a credit for 100% of the registration fee paid. You may use this credit for another event. The registrant/ participant can choose any international conference that occurs within one year from the date of cancellation and needs to provide the conference details within a period of 6 months from the cancellation date and can use the credit to attend the conference within 1 year from the notification. If the registrant did not use the credit for a period of 1 year, then the registrant credit will be invalid. If the participant/ registrant did not inform the team within 6 months from the time of cancellation, then the organization will allocate the conference as per the last registration conference details.

Travel and Accommodation Responsibilities:

A World Academics organization do not take any responsibility for making and managing travel arrangements such as flights, transportation and accommodation. All the travel and accommodation arrangements are with the individual registrant/participants.

A World Academics organization will not collect any charges in the name of travel or accommodation. The fee is paid by participation/ registrant is only for conference participation.

A In the event of any changes to the conference format, cancellation, or venue adjustments, the organizers cannot take responsibility for any costs incurred by participants for travel or accommodation.

A If the registrant participants want to cancel the registrant due to unavailability of accommodation or travel the organization cannot take responsibility and no refund will be provided on account of this.

Transfer of registration:

A If the main author is unable to attend the conference, the co-author must attend in their place. The author is required to transfer the registration details to one co-author, and no refund will be applicable.

A If a registrant/participant is unable to attend the conference, they must transfer their registration to another person from the same organization. Transfers must be requested in writing by the registered person via email to info@worldacademics.net. The details should be submitted through the registration form. All other registration information will be assigned to the new participant unless otherwise specified. Registration can also be transferred from one conference to another if the registrant is unable to attend the originally scheduled conference.

A If there is a change in the conference, the registrant must inform the team at least 25 days prior to the conference date. If the transfer request is made less than 25 days before the conference, no refund will be provided.

Visa Information:

The organizer will not directly contact embassies and consulates on behalf of visa applicants. All delegates or invitees should take responsibility for their visa and travel arrangements. Important note for failed visa applications: Visa issues cannot come under the consideration of the cancellation policy of the organizer, including the inability to obtain a visa.

For participants who register close to the conference date or after the Standard Registration deadline, your registration will be considered for virtual participation only, as the conference is in hybrid mode. However, you will be eligible to attend one more international conference based on your registration category

**To be Noted:

  1. All cancellations or modifications of registration must be made in writing to info@worldacademics.net
  2. All the participants are aware of these terms and conditions before completing the conference fee transaction and registration completion.
  3. We do not initiate any auto debit. All the transactions are completed by the participants on their own with their interest only after reviewing the terms and conditions of the World Academics organization.
  4. After completion of the registration the participant/ registrant needs to submit the conference registration form within 3 days from the date of registration completion. The registration form will be available on the event page. If the participant/ registrant did not submit the registration form, the participant for the event will not be confirmed.
  5. Please do not book your travel arrangements until you receive the official conference program details. These details will be sent via email 15 days before the conference date.
