International Congress on Education and Learning will be held at Tallinn,Estonia during 17 May 2021. CEL conference series held in regular interval to provide an interactive forum for presentation and discussion on International Congress on Education and Learning. International Congress on Education and Learning welcomes participants from all over the world who are interested in developing professional ties to and/or exploring career opportunities in the region. Objective

CEL is to bring together innovative academics and industrial experts in the field of (field related) to a common forum. The primary goal of the conference is to promote research and developmental activities in International Congress on Education and Learning. Another goal is to promote scientific information interchange between researchers, developers, engineers, students, and practitioners working in Estonia. The conference will be held in regular interval to make it an ideal platform for people to share views and experiences in International Congress on Education and Learning and related areas.

Scope and Benefits
